5th FJ is bypassing Wiltz.

During the night some very helpful saurkraut-smelling gentlemen in jeeps aided a regiment sent to the rescue of St.Vith onto the wrong roads and only one squadron arrived. It wasn't able to stop the germans from taking St.Vith but it delayed the fall for a few hours.

Peiper area att noon December 17th. It seems like 12th and 277th VG is preparing something in front of the americans.

A fifteen miles wide push is launched by the 12th and 277th VG and supported by the 150th panzer brigade in an attempt to clear a part of the important Malmedy road.

After the push.

1SS and 116th Panzer is closing to river Salm after the fall of St. Vith.

A few miles east of Bastogne, 5 FJ and 26th VG and 2nd Panzer is slowly tearing through the american lines.

What is this, St.Vith has fallen and a 20 mile gap has opened up in in the american lines.

Panzer Lehr and 116th Panzer is rushing through the newly created gap during the night hours.

In the south 7th army is pushing the american forces hard.
